Even if you take away all the stuff about similar challenges and the model that we aspire to, the staggering number of close losses over the last 10-ish years is enough to warrant hate.     Last couple weeks we've certainly competed like a mid-tier Big 12 program. Just don't have any wins to show for it. If we keep competing and building conference, the wins will come... just possibly not this year.

    I actually wanted to see more Montgomery these last two games in the 4th quarter. Some tough running and picking up slow 3-4 yard chunks with a double-digit lead would have helped a ton.
