Sounds like coach is saving a few guys by not practicing them too hard. Most of them appear to be leaders and older guys on the D. I think one of the most interesting things he said was they have picked up the pace of the offense. At the very end of the video he goes into a bit more detail... -

I agree with you on this, however... I am a re-elected board member for a nonprofit (Not the GC) and pay the same yearly membership fee like everyone else has too. Even though I pay my yearly fee for my membership and serve as a board member, I have to pay for luncheons and special speakers... -

Excellent post. Pollard has done more with less than anyone before him considering the bucket of **** he started with. Is he perfect, no, but he has had the balls to make tough decisions when needed....his predecessors did not. Like him or not, he is the best thing to come to ISU. Z- zach
