    Golf Tournament

    The event being on a Saturday morning should allow you to be able to bump up the cost some as well, not many charity tournaments are during prime time for tee times. Agree with what most have said, $60-$70 feels right. Probably closer to $70 with food on the front and back ends.

    I do a two round draft with friends and I had the 11th pick for my second guy. Was looking at Bubba, Fowler and Kuchar. Figure Bubba will win or get 58th. Feeling pretty good about my first pick (Rose) I went with a safer pick in Kuchar.

    My son has been doing it the last few weeks in Kindergarten. I hope it helps him develop some better hand writing skills than the crappy looking stuff I put on paper. If nothing else it will help him crank out autographs when he becomes famous.

    Iowa State Bar Quiz

    Was drawing blanks on Chasers, Big Shots, the Fox and Dangerous Curves. Headliners and Sgt. Peppers were the two that I would have never gotten. But any list that doesn't include Reign, Phuel and The Zone is a joke.

    Kansas will be in Des Moines. Even if Tulsa is a few miles closer it is a shorter drive to Des Moines. Especially if they think about the KU fans coming from KC. Also could end up with a Big Ten team, especially OSU, and that should also do well for ticket resell demand.

    I have played each course once and my score at Wakonda was 10 or so shots better than Waveland. I lost a few balls at Waveland that didn't help, Wakonda it was pretty much fairway and then being on or around the green on the approach with no troubles. Seemed like playing Waveland a few more...

    Yes Lanning should have won. But like most awards, scoring TDs > doing things like converting 3rd downs and shooting a gap for a TFL. Recent winners include Peppers, McCaffery and OBJ. They like big names. Most of the voters probably haven't even watched Lanning play.
