    Lannan is the only guy on that staff I would hang my hat on and say, he's going to have a good year. I think Cabrera could be a solid #2 but he hasn't shown that to this point. The rest of the staff, imo is iffy.

    I don't know how high I would go with the Nationals but they have a decent team. Ryan Zimmerman Nick Johnson Willingham Dukes Guzman will be a nice pop for the batting line up Starting rotation is not good.

    I like the Indians in the Central this year if they can stay healthy. The Twins will always be in the running for that division as well. I like to cheer for the Indians (I worked for them) and the Twins (My brother covers them) so it could be a very fun year on that front.

    Record wise, we are right where I thought we would be. Unless we go .500 in the conference we aren't going to the post season.

    I love Scrubs. I've been catching the replays so often late at night that it seemed wierd watching it at 9:00. I liked both of the episodes last night. I do agree the second one was better. Janitor has to stay doesn't he? He was great.

    I think we will see most Big 12 teams go zone on defense. I've seen very little out of our zone offense so far this season. By doing this they will be able to sag in on CB and when we see the zone our G's aren't looking to penetrate and kick so that eliminates that aspect. They will try to...

    I think Price is a huge hire. Look at the kids he was in on at Auburn makes me think he is a very qualified recruited.
