    Big trouble in Iowa City

    This is a pressure cooker waiting to explode. Hawks will desperately be trying to keep the lid from blowing off. The dates don't add up. Someone is NOT being forthcoming here. Not sure who the rat is, but counting on the Register to show it's stuff here and not buckle under the pressure.

    I posted my agreement with the thread on class shown by CU after the game, but apparently there is more to the story.     One thing you won't see Coach Chizik go is stray from his plan. I'm sure he and the staff put together their plan for success with the numbers of JUCO vs High School recruits.     The day the buffalo got loose...

    Put yourself in our shoes...everybody would beat the.....out of Iowa State. The wins didn't come often, but students showed up in mass for everygame. We interacted with the players on the field before and after games. And CU had the nerve to bring a live buffalo on OUR field. Mascot or not...
