    ISU Fan - if it is nartural and genetic how does that gene get passed down through the ages? I know there are some who professed after years of marriage etc to "come out" but not nearly enough to continue a 10% level in the population.

    State Of Iowa Laws

    Actually I though the origin of the drug stamp law was ease of enforcement. The state seems more eager to prosecute tax law violations than drug laws. It is also more clear cut to prove no stamp than possesion etc. I do not beleive having the stamp makes possesion legal in most cases.

    I think the TV contract the Big XXII has right now has less to do with the number of sets and more to do with the dominant teams remaining dominant. It is not set up for the equality the Big X(plus I) has from a getting teams on TV perspective.

    um actually many would tell you it is for entertaining alumni who then open their pocket books for their beloved university. If the true whole purpose was for students the cost structure would be dramatically different.

    Bates to be on 1460 Today

    I think Bates is the one being looked at for safety. He will come in and get his shot at QB but if I had to choose b/t Bates and Austin to move to safety it would be Bates. Austin has a better arm and can still move, he is not a sshifty as Bates but can haul for a QB.
