TCU Forfeiting tonight & Saturday in Hilton

They even had ten players play against Houston on Saturday. One was Owens, who tore her ACL in the game, but that still leaves 9. They must have other injuries or illness going on this week.

TCU Forfeiting tonight & Saturday in Hilton

They just lost a player to an ACL tear. It's amazing that a WBB team (15 scholarships) doesn't have enough players to field a team, although I'm not sure what the minimum is. Maybe 7?

Finally updated with the Baylor game. Addy has now cracked the freshman top 10 in single-season defensive rebounds, so I've added that.

Everybody deserves more minutes. :) That's why nobody is getting them. We have a deep rotation, and that's a very good thing.

The only non-pitchers on the 40-man who can't be optioned are the two catchers (Gomes/Amaya), Dans, Canario, Happ, and Tauchman. Morel has one option year left and everyone else has at least two.

Pretty harsh of the school to not let them come back home because they lost.

ESPN returns 37 Emmys that were fraudulently obtained

I think the rationale of the ESPN employees that did this is he WAS part of the production team, but Emmy rules (at the time) didn't allow the on-air talent to be submitted as producers so he can't get an Emmy that he really deserves. Those rules have apparently changed in the past couple years.

Twister Sister Summary - Never Give Up...Never Surrender!

Famously, at a Star Trek convention in 2013, Galaxy Quest was voted the 7th-best Star Trek film. https://www.ign.com/articles/2013/08/12/diehard-star-trek-fans-rank-the-best-and-worst-movies Unrelated, a fun tidbit from the Galaxy Quest wikipedia page:

Twister Sister Summary - Never Give Up...Never Surrender!

One of this team's biggest strengths might be that we go nine deep in the rotation, and I honestly don't see that changing. All nine bring something very good to the table. Brown is averaging 36.5 minutes/game in conference games, but she's the only one averaging more than 27. Last year, we...

I had to miss watching the game live. Perhaps I'll watch a replay of the second half. :)

Yes, it does appear to be the oldest record in the record book (tied with her freshman FGM record). The three oldest records (freshman ppg, freshman FGM, freshman FG%) are all under siege this year. All pre-Fennelly records in the record book, sorted oldest to newest: Freshman points per...
