    Lucious vs Gesell

Rivers wasn't a point guard (sg). Gesell barely made the 4-star cut on rivals...it's not like he is going to burn it up the minute he touches the floor. Gesell will have to adjust to the speed of the college game.

Already salivating over next year's team.

Royce white says he doesn't know about NBA

Dominating Kentucky's vaunted frontline like he did tonight, I'm sure RW's stock rose dramatically. I think he would greatly benefit from another year in college IMO (developing a reliable 15 ft jumper and free throws), but if he is going to be a sure-fire 1st round pick I would not blame him...

    Why ISU lost...

Teague was awesome for Kentucky. ISU choose to sag off of him and he hit his shots (so did the rest of the team). Also, Kentucky beat our $%# on the boards. Whenever we could get a stop they would get the offensive rebound. It also would have helped if we would have shot it better from 3...

UCONN Good Wins and Bad Losses

Does not do a whole ton of good to look at good wins and bad losses. It is all about how the teams are playing right now and the match-ups at certain positions.

    We just got hosed!!

ISU deserved an 8 seed but did not get a favorable draw. We will have our hands full inside with Drummond and Oriakhi. Time to step up! GO CLONES!!!!

Good news. Amazing what playing against lesser competition will do for you.

    Bubble Watch - Saturday

Stick a fork in Illinois. They're done and so is their coach. I don't see Northwestern making it unless they win 3 out of their last 4 (need to beat Michigan or Ohio State) and win a couple games in the big 10 tourney.

    Percy "Motown" Gibson

I would press the hell out of us if we went with this line up.

***Official Iowa State vs. Oklahoma Post Game Thread***

If ISU didn't win I'm sure we would all be having a fit over Ejim's poor decision.

One positive from last nights game

If Ejim was playing his natural position (SF) he wouldn't get pushed around all the time. He is usually having to guard the other team's PF/C.

    2013 Recruit Prospects

Would be a huge coup if we pulled this guy away from Iowa considering Ferentz's forte is the o-line.

    Jeremy Lin

I would like to Lin play against a team that values defense (which is hard to find in the NBA) such as the Bulls, Celtics, or Spurs. If he puts up those kind of numbers against those teams then I'll be impressed. Plus, wait until those scouting reports circulate around the league and see if he...

Clones get it done today, 72-60.

Can we be ready for K State?

K-State's best offensive is a missed shot. They are a great offensive rebounding team. If we can play on the boards like we did today we should win.

A Solution to NCAA BCS Mess

This eight team playoff has TCU and Southern Miss in? I don't think conference USA or the Mountain West should get an automatic bid. Have the top 2 seeds get a bye and the remaining four teams play each other.

    Devlyn Cousin commits

Alright! Another DL commit. FYI-- Don't freak out because he isn't close to 300lbs and isn't that tall (he can use a redshirt to bulk up). There are different types of DTs out there. There are Terrance Cody type DTs that clog up the middle by eating up space (primarily in a 3-4) and then...

    ****Texas Predictions****

Texas needs a win. We will be looking ahead to the Kansas game. Texas gets it done by 5 at home unless we catch fire from 3 land.

    Bilas has ISU at #53

Not so fast my friend. At the present moment we are playing well but we also beat up on the worst team in the big 12 and barely beat an Ok St. team that is near the bottom of the conference as well. ISU needs some quality wins on the road to make the tourney.
