    I know I'd make more individually on craiglist, but for what I'll get for most of them, it won't be worth my time to drive to Des Moines to sell a single DVD for a few bucks or whatever I'd get for them. I'd just rather sell them in bulk and get it done with. I am gonna sell some TV series...

    Since Hasting's is now closed, does anyone know of a place in Ames or Des Moines that will buy used DVDs? I bought far too many DVDs in college and am looking to sell them to a store in bulk, rather than individually on craiglist. Thanks!

    Anyone else ever eat Smacks or Golden Crisp and have their pee smell just like it for like a day? Cause I do everytime. :wideeyed: Oh and my favorites, Waffle Crisp and Cracklin' Oat Bran(I looked for it in the store last night and couldn't find it though.)

    HS seniors games this weekend in Cedar Rapids

    Hoehns wont play basketball. She is a solid basketball player, but is a legit vball player. If she did anything at ISU, I can't imagine it would be anything other than vball. She also is a track stud too.

    Yeah I did. I had my classes today watch the trailer for it. The kids in every class said it gave them goosebumps. Was pretty incredible.

    I would almost guarantee you that the parents made sure the coach wouldn't sit him. If the parents and their lawyer can get their kid out of a suspension for a rule he clearly broke(whether you think it's a good rule or not), then I'm sure they made sure the school knew they'd come after them...

    There have been plenty of times in the last few years, although this year has been a little more accurate. I'm a teacher and twice last year we got out of school early because they were forecasting freezing rain and just terrible driving conditions, and literally NOTHING happened on one...

    no such thing as a weather expert. they are nearly always wrong about how much snowfall/precipitation and when it will happen.
