    Yeah, if someone is a firm commit and doesn't sign on the early signing day, it is probably best to start digging for someone else in that position. If you are truly firmly committed, there is really no reason to wait from December to February

    probably already mentioned, but donations IMO also depend on perceived power 5 status. As long as remain at that table, donations should stay high(er). I would expect a sizable drop off if we ever found ourselves in a Group of 5 setting.
