He's become quite predictable, which has now lowered his ceiling. I mean, he's a 5 to 8 win coach at ISU. Like somebody said though, he's probably the same at Vandy, and a 10 and 2 coach at Georgia. He's Ferentz in cardinal and gold. -

ISU doesn't believe in putting pressure on opposing QBs. Wouldn't be fair. Also, ISU doesn't seem to force a lot of turnovers. Those two things are not in any way related. -

They just showed a clear replay from behind, then said this long view side shot is the best one we have. I wasn't imagining that, was I? They did show a rear view replay once, right? -

Because that is CampbellBall. At some point you have to realize he is going to do what he always does. Make adjustments too late, mismanage the clock and timeouts, and be content with simply playing close games instead of forcing the action. -

KU is very subtle in how it consistently cheats. So many of those wide open or big plays? Either picks or push-offs. Watch closely. That said, Campbell lost this one. ISU was completely outcoached, and it was all because good old CMC reverted back to form. I feel bad for the players and... -

This is also why the Vikings have 4 Super Bowl appearances and no wins. Would have home field usually, so could get to them because of the cold and home field advantage, but would fall short on a neutral field.- joefrog

That was probably Cousins at his absolute best. Must win game, primetime, nationwide, against the best defense in the league. Amazing performance by him. He's clearly that great but not elite level. Pair him with Bellicheck and his defenses and you probably get a ring sometime. As for Purdy...- joefrog

PSU's QB went 18/42 for 191 and 1 TD. Longest catch was 34 yards by a TE. Nobody else had one over 20 yards. PSU probably has the best tackle in college football. OSU's defense isn't that good. Penn State is just a deeper Iowa team. Congratulations Franklin! You kept it close. And lost...- joefrog

Which fan group feels better about their team right now?
ISU for sure. CMC appears to have righted the ship. Reverted back to 2018 form, started trusting both coordinators, taking more risks, and playing to win. Iowa has a fantastic defense and special teams, but plays not to lose. ISU is much more fun to watch, and will get better over time. Iowa...- joefrog

Yormark nuggets from WBB/MBB Media Days
Have spoken to fans that have attended many other big tourneys, including BigEast in MSG and Big10 in several spots. They were amazed at KC, the Power and Light, as well as everything else. Also that it was mostly affordable and accessible for the average fan.- joefrog
