New house build: tank water heater vs. tankless water heater
Honestly don't get the savings claims of tankless. 4 kids, an 80 gallon tank and the gas portion of our gas bill in the summer when only the water heater is using it is like $12/month. To me the price difference isn't worth it. -

Did you not note that most if not all our big plays were set up by the run? You have to keep the safeties and linebackers honest, or they will turn you over in the pass game. If 100% of plays or near that were pass plays, Rocco probably throws multiple interceptions. The run game adds value... -

Water under the washing machine
The gurgling would suggest the drain could be the culprit. Don't totally discount that it could be the new machine as well, unlikely but not impossible. Move it away from the wall a little use a paper towel to see if there is any water on any hoses or the drain, back of the washer, wall, etc...
