    All D1 hockey conference are hockey only. The lone exception being the Big 10. CCHA WCHA (Women's only conference now) AHA ECAC NCHC and Hockey East.

    I think a new facility for wrestling, gymnastics and volleyball, depending on the size of the arena would be a cheaper option than a new facility for ice hockey. Similar to Wisconsin with the Kohl Center and the Field House.

    They must not know about the National Sports Center (NSC) in Blaine, MN which is 600 + acre. https://www.nscsports.org/ It does look like it will have more fields than the NSC. I am guessing the golf course at the NSC takes up a lot of acres.
