What Will You Spend Your $1,000 Stimulus On?

lol at “working like you’re “supposed” to” means you shouldn’t have financial problems. You have to be financially responsible as well as work. Just because you work doesn’t give you permission to act like an idiot with no accountability for the decisions you make. I know people who came out...

What Will You Spend Your $1,000 Stimulus On?

I lol at the people acting like this stimulus payment was supposed to solve their financial problems.. If you lost work that is what the beefed up unemployment is for... and if that isn’t enough it sounds like you already had an existing financial problem before this crisis came along....

What Will You Spend Your $1,000 Stimulus On?

Subsidy is not the same so no I don’t agree they should be treated the same. Your stimulus payment is not going to be taxed at the federal level.

What Will You Spend Your $1,000 Stimulus On?

Its a refundable tax credit. Maybe it’s been done before but having it taxable sounds incredibly moronic. Here’s $1,200 to help you through this crisis and oh btw you owe 20% of that back at the end of the year.

What Will You Spend Your $1,000 Stimulus On?

I usually always procrastinate on taxes and got them done really early this year. So if 2019 is used we get hit a little bit with the phaseout.

What Will You Spend Your $1,000 Stimulus On?

There is absolutely no way they are doing this stimulus pay for 4 months. It’s a one time deal. Maybe the beef up in unemployment lasts that long but not the stimulus payments to individuals.

You wonder? It’s in their terms of agreement. If an event gets cancelled, the buyer gets refunded and the seller gets charged for whatever they made on the sale.

Advice from those who have sold tix on Stubhub, Vivid, etc...

The buyer hasn’t “requested tickets” they’ve bought them. Like the guy said above it’s 40% of the sale price or replacement tickets (only if approved by the buyer) and there’s no avoiding the penalty.

    Pet Insurance

I view this the same way I do having an extended warranty on your car. Yeah you risk getting a lemon but in the end you should come out ahead if you apply the practice of self insuring consistently in your life. Obviously you don’t self insure life/health/auto/home.

Army / Navy game and "white power" sign

Pretty common game when I was in high school. I laugh whenever I see someone get triggered by that symbol. It’s a common hand signal in our society.

    Free tickets tomorrow

You would think so but they aren’t. Time and day of game have the biggest impact on pricing. Sold my Seton hall tickets for 10/ticket. Sold my Texas Tech, Texas and Kstate for over $70/Ticket. None of those teams are ranked but the games are on Saturday.
