Only 1 of 2 students graduate high school
I think this is a poorly written article/ title. I just saw a news article yesterday that i assume came from the same data. It said high schools in SOME cities were averaging grad rates under 50%. Not even all cities and certainly not the whole country. -
Iowa Student Loan
Ugh! I have had some horrible experiences with Iowa Student Loan and their customer service. Just thinking about it makes my blood boil... They keep losing my address though- makes me hopeful that eventually they will just lose all records of the loan I'm still paying off to them. :yes: -
New Japanese restaurants
We went to Fuji last Friday and we sat at the grill. It was pretty good- comparable to Taki in DSM (except they didn't push Saki bombs on us). I got the scallops and they were excellent. BF got the steak and he enjoyed it. Woman sitting next to us got the salmon and she said it was good but... -

Marcus Fizer in Soc. Cael Sanderson in an art history class until he dropped it. Monica Huelman (WBB) in several classes. ISU to Manage Hilton?
Yeah, I wasnt sure if they were still holding their concerts at Ames Muni. but I was in symphonic band when they switched from CY Stephens to Ames Muni.- what a downer to play there. My highschool auditorium was nicer.- birdflu
