Love the David Bowie/NIN reference (that video was fantastically done!). I spent my Spring Break driving to Houston and back, and I found myself more concerned around the jacked up pick-up trucks and large SUVs that had a stronger tendency to lane drift than anything else. -

About 10 years ago when I was working up in the BWCA, I arrived mid-May and the ice had broken up 2 or 3 days before I arrived. There was snow in the woods and on portage trails into the first week of June. -

Here's some data to back up the CC statement. I didn't realize it was that prevalent, but if you think about it, it's likely more expensive to offer the AP courses from a teacher cost perspective, given the necessary preparation for such coursework. Yeah, dual enrollment doesn't pay at the same scale as a student enrolled in the college off the street. The ugly truth is that the liberal arts courses are cheap to run compared to career tech, and it balances the books.
