    I bitched incessantly about courses outside my major as an undergrad. I double majored (biochem/molec bio) and finished in 4 and found the courses that met the liberal arts requirements. It’s only in retrospect that I appreciate the varied courses I took.

    I have a biochemistry degree. As much as I like thinking about the field (and I do it a lot) I don’t want to think about it all the time. A myriad of experiences is one of my favorite parts of having degrees and it enriches my daily life in the world.

    The albums that came out after Physical Graffiti were definitely weaker, although Achilles Last Stand is still a favorite cut of mine.

    A lot of folks will recommend Betty’s Pies, but I find the pies at Rustic Inn are better. Angry Trout in Grand Marais is a fantastic farm to table experience, with fresh caught fish from Superior on the menu.
