    Good question...only passing along what I heard. A super conference is the only way to balance the power away from Texas and Oklahoma...yet keep the conference in tact.

    Read the whole thread...I have a valid point. No question that coaching experience is very low. Love TJ, but his job was to get the players in there. He didn't do much "coaching".

    In my experience...I never saw Ron Smith coach during practice. Definitely there during film work though.
