    Let me add that where we are today, I don't see an issue getting all the footings and foundations in before real hard freeze...nothing that a few insulation blankets won't take care of.

    Living on a Golf Course

    I don't know what hole it is at Legacy in Norwalk but it is about 100 yards from the Tee-box on the left and they have a sunroom that extends towards the fairway about 12' and the window screens are all mangled and you can count probably over 100 ball dents in the siding.

    I'm surprised there have been several bid packages with only a lone bidder. Especially structural steel you'd think US Erectors, Steel Erectors of Iowa, and others would want to get in on the erection bid.
