Ankeny home builders recommendations
We are building with Happe Homes at Otter Creek in Northeast Ankeny...waiting on concrete road to be completed before permitting and starting. Sounds like MJ Properties has some lots on that same street is what I heard but not positive. Send me a PM if you'd like more information. -

Privacy fence cost per foot?
Shouldn't be an issue for them...they had an auger/pulverizer bit that will drill through concrete and when they pour the concrete for the posts they will finish it at top of slab...we had several posts we had to install through concrete gutter/curb that had asphalt drive and it turned out great... -

I have worked with American Fence on the last few commercial jobs I have been on and they seem to do a fairly good job for commercial fencing; not sure on residential I did inquire this week on 4' tall vinyl fence and they are running a 10% off sale and I think they are looking at $12/lf with... -

Don't be afraid to come to KC
Get to P&L as early as possible...we got there around 5 and they had all entrances shut off and it was 20 people in every 10 minutes. The courtyard wasn't even that busy. Also, if you get situated underneath the bridge part there is a few rows of wooden benches and s bar to the left with...- scottie33

I love that they have a Manitowac 999 (275 Ton) I had the luxury to have two (2) Manitowac's 999 and a Manitowac 16000 (440 Ton) on my last job. Don't get a feeling for the massive size of these until you are up close and hear them roar. -

1/31-2/1 Weather Thread
Our is on the garage roof and so I taped a broom to a paint pole and cleaned the snow off of it and the directv came on...for about 30 minutes. Just spent about 10 minutes with hot water and water squirt gun cleaning the face of the dish off. works great. I think there's an opportunity for a... -
