    Only deal in cash if you use Craigslist, way to many scammers out there. Stub hub works the best for long distance transactions. They take their fees but you will get them sold with no issues.

    OT: Get off my Lawn!

    I used live in a neighborhood with a large Asian population, never had any issues but they would not walk on the sidewalk. Always walked in the grass in-between the street and sidewalk.
