    I've bought a set for the current beater off of https://simpletire.com and they had the option of local install available less then $500 bucks. Seeing as it's a Jeep a off brand I suggest to look at is Atturo, available at Walmart, put new tires on my Trooper for $440.

    At just under an acre I'm surprised you don't have a riding mower honestly. A zero turn would cut your time in half at least easily.

    I can see the un marked ones being "high risk" but 90% of that list is relatively low risk honestly with the majority of the "supported" category being way worse.

    I have $250k/$500k on everything (**** is getting expensive), full coverage on the Palisade and motorcycle (could drop the bike to just liability but it's still worth about what I paid for it) and liability on the 2 beaters.

    3,4,5 should really be 1,2,3. The Tennessee and FSU fans I know personally are great. The other 3 teams only OSU is tolerable.
