    Smoking Meat Questions and Discussion

    Did a couple of pork butts and some chicken this last weekend. I think the stall at 200 lasted a little over two hours but the low and slow method paid off. Meat was falling apart and juicy. Not sure how to upload an image.

    I try not to react too quickly but this game has been 3 quarters of terrible play calling and execution. Our WR don’t even run routes to the sticks on 3rd down. How is that hard?

    Hiking

    Hanging Lake outside Glenwood Springs CO. My personal favorite for awhile. I've done a couple of others around the area and they are great too but Hanging Lake is hard to beat. Unfortunately it got overcrowded and now you've got to ride a bus to the trailhead.
