    I think he is at drake unless iowa or Creighton opens up and he is offered. He passed up a lot of jobs at Creighton to stay near iowa/family. IMO - He may be the best coach in The state.

    DD brought in transfers his first year - Murphy brothers - nick Norton , Penn and Brady Ellingson from iowa. Wilkins and Robbins were freshman his first year - don’t know who recruited them.

    That’s not 100% correct - he left it pretty bare at drake - drake had the 2nd fewest returning players In the country and DeVries built his first year roster from scratch in just a couple months.

    Recruiting base is over rated in basketball - it’s national and AAU at the P6 level. It maybe in the top 10 - but not top 2.

    Not sure the ratings are much use this Covid year. Camps were canceled and a lot of states didn’t even play football.
