Diet successes
Six years ago I did the Advocare 24 day challenge and went from 233 to 210. I was able to maintain there but wasn't yet happy. What that helped me do was focus on eating the right foods, like someone else said "fuel not an event." Since then I've gotten down to 200 and am quite consistent there... -

Iowa State Fair
You can see everything if you stay out of the midway, that's a waste of time and money. The buildings have many exhibitions worth looking at. Someone talked about the 4-H building which is worth the time.
