    Don't forget the positive impact the Big 10 network has on recruiting for Big 10 schools. High school girls can see a lot of women's b-ball on that network; unfortunately, the same can't be said for Big 12 women's b-ball.

    I'm thinking completely positive on this one. Not only will Royce be eligible to play this year, he will also be granted a "Jess Settles" from the NCAA, thereby allowing him 6+ years to play for the Cyclones.

    Regardless of how conference expansion shakes out, there's one truism: ISU will get shafted. Since everything seems to boil down to money and TV sets, we have NOTHING to offer. This sucks.

    It's hard to beat the intro to "Voodoo Chile"...Jimi's a god, but I kind of like the Stevie Ray Vaughan version. Speaking of SRV, how about "The House is Rockin'" or his version of "Superstition"?
