    I am an avid ebayer and look at Iowa State stuff daily. I also sell stuff on there. Something like this may max out at $200-$250 depending on the right buyer (currently, a signed ball by Johnny Orr is $200 at Brass Armadillo in DSM). Naz/Matt Thomas factor may put this in the $250 range...

    Correct, seats are non-donor because the donor sections were higher up. The donor perk comes in with the added parking pass.
