Looking at Indiana state code his offense is pretty serious (duh) as it is a minimum of a Class C Felony and dealt with a child under the age of 14 The only thing I see is if he had reason to believe the child was 16 at the time. Either way he should still be in jail IMO -

Texas Tech, Utah, and Oklahoma – All have Bye Weeks Before They Play ISU
We have the smallest athletic budget in the Big 12 if our fans would show up on the Saturday after Thanksgiving then we would have a game, but we don't. Thus we need to forgo the bye for the extra revenue, which is the smart thing to do. -

Reason number one Mom's like cross country
I'm not going through it in slow more or anything and I'm not a ref, but that looks really close to if not clean. He doesn't leave his feet and didn't just drop his head and spear the kid. Sometimes (especially on kickoffs) people just get their **** rocked. -
