    Re: McCarney to Iowa If DMac goes to Iowa...so be it...its the nature of the business. However, if he does become a coordinator, I don't think he will be one for a long time. I see him doing it as a fill in until he gets a head coaching job. Any route he goes...he has my support.

    I hope that they stay around as well. We need the faces we know this year to stay around and give us hope for next year. However, Blythe might have what it takes to get drafted this year. It seems that there aren't as many great recievers that will be entering the draft this year.

    D-Mac next coach at Stanford?

    I would like to see that. It would be ironic if he can go to Stanford and in a few years he turns the program into an awesome program that beats USC. That would make all of Cyclone nation rethink what happened.

    Cyclone Stadium name change?

    JP did say that he wouldn't change the name of the venue names, but he also said he wouldn't make a decission about the football program until at the end of the season...and that didn't happen. If the name of JTS does change, I might start to think that JP is starting to change way too much...

    Chance we keep Mac as a Cyclone?

    I would really like to see him stay around...as a person he is great for ISU...as a coach...not so much. However, I don't think he will stay around. He will coach somewhere and some team will pick up a great guy.

    Prediction for 06/07 Season

    I think the only reason the Iowa State-Iowa game might be close is because it is played in Iowa City. I don't see the Hawkeye team to be all that strong this year. UNI and Ohio State should be the two hardest teams until B12 play.

    Does anyone think that he will stay at Iowa State and be part of the athletic department or will he try to continue to coach some where else?
