    Fox owns the rights to certain Big XII games whether they televise them or not. As does ESPN/ABC. So that's how they dictate what happens.

    I could be mistaken, but don't the Huskers already come out to that music at home games? I'm fairly certain I remember being corrected by a husker fan when I said..."Hey, that's the Bulls song!" and he says, "No, it's the Huskers song." I've never been to Lincoln, so I can't confirm that.
