    Yeah I suspect he got vertigo. He was apparently pretty qualified for instrument flight but I hear that flying a helicopter on instruments at low speeds is pretty difficult. No expert though. Yeah hard to trust your instruments when your head is telling you something totally different.

    So from this it looks like as the pilot was following the 101 freeway as it rose through the pass he eventually realized he couldn't make it and proceeded to gain altitude to avoid terrain and started a turn to get out of the weather. It seems at this point he became disorientated in the clouds...

    I think it comes down to having juniors and seniors who had been with the program at most positions so they know his offense a lot better. I was always frustrated that it seemed like it took half the shot clock to finally get into our offense.

    Because he wanted the players Iowa gets and he wanted to beat Iowa. As per his introduction news conference. As opposed to Hoiberg who wanted the players Kansas got and wanted to beat Kansas. McDermott never understood Big 12 basketball.

    I'm not talking about the wide open three. I'm talking about when he was our only big man in the game and we fed him the ball and had him go one on one down low for several possessions.

    It's an advantage to have your best players coming off the bench said no one ever except on this site. For the life of me I couldn't figure out why Jacobson was our featured offensive player for that five or six minute stretch in the first half.
