I simply chose a different career path than you have......While all of this was some time ago, I haven't forgotten what it takes to be a successful football player.....Maybe you should have stayed home...

    My Dad spent 18 months on the front lines in Korea. He passed away 7 years ago but the last few years of his life he was able to put his memories down on paper. I also have copies of the letters he sent home to my Grandparents while he was in Korea. Dad was 20 when he was sent to Korea and 22...

    Thanks again. I'm just thinking that I'd rather buy season tickets to FB (6th straight year) MBB (first year) , and WBB (first year) and not make a donation to either club. The dollars add up, no matter what. Again, this is just my personal opinion.

    Vacation ideas?

    Obviously the jan-feb time period rules out anything warm unless a 16 hr. drive is included. (in Iowa anyway) If you were planning a trip in July I'd say take all 14 to the Black Hills. You can drive there from central IA in 7 hrs. and there is plenty to see and do and stop at along the way on...

    Sitting in the front row North End Zone 1976, and Watching Dexter Green leap over the pile for TD against Kansas State. I was 11 and that was the first ISU FB game I ever went to.
