    I don't know about the rest of you, but I certainly thought that we had a softer second half of the conference schedule than first--but now that we are looking down very good looking WVU and TCU teams (as well as OU) in the coming weeks... is there any way we get to anything more than 4 wins?

    I didn't hear that, but I just question... how does that happen? How do they show us a look that we are completely unprepared for after 2 weeks of prep time? And why can't we do that to other teams? I don't think that we should have been so surprised that we ended up with three up the gut runs...

    I am excited to start targeting these guys. Hopefully we start pulling them in... for how well Fred does with the players we have (not saying they're bad, just not necessarily highly touted), I would love to see how he would build a team that featured a top-5 talent.

    LB Rotation

    Biggest pet peeve of mine. I know we don't want to get beat over the top but giving a 10 yard cushion on any play that isn't x and 20 yards to go is a mistake. Crossing routes, in and out routes, and hook routes will tear that cushion to shreds on any given down.

    I'm no longer in Iowa (for shame) but want to come back for a football game this year... I am looking at the Texas Tech game, because I also want to run the Living History Farms race that day. But I won't commit to either until I know that the game will kick off late enough for me to get there...

    Unfortunately I am in western Nebraska so the local sherwin probably won't have that in stock! But I got one of the throwback jerseys and I think I am going to have them match the colors from it.
