    I would make a replica purchase happen, no matter what it cost. I'm just afraid the same isn't possible for the replicas--as much as I would like to justify it, they're going to be too rich for my blood.

    Yeah, I think somewhere inbetween those would be a good call. Not bright yellow, but a little bit more vibrant. I'd like the straight JT colors better than the shades we have now though, if it was down to one or the other.

    I get what you're saying, but if that's the case, they shouldn't be used for the Iowa game. Iowa is coming off a down year. Like you said, Trice never played them (though we don't often play Minnesota or Drake anymore...), it's not on national TV, and it's already a rivalry game with a trophy--...

    Pretty stoked to see these uniforms. I certainly hope that they make a replica jersey available for sale, instead of just the T-shirts... And who knows, if there's a positive enough reaction (and enough sales on replicas) maybe Pollard will decide to keep these... at least for an annual game...

    Yeah, Sam only had 250 passing, but he had over 300 combined. I'm thinking we maybe only did it once or twice in the CPR era. Which is pretty bad in the Big 12. But, when our offense has consisted of zone read, zone read, incomplete, and punt for a large part of that time, it's tough to accrue...

    Um, have you ever seen Tech and Baylor fans comment on Ubben Articles? So much worse than anything ISU has. I think you underestimate the fans of other teams. To be fair, we are pretty good at rigging polls, though. Ha.

    I should have separated it out, but wasn't really thinking. I was more of thinking along the lines of football, but KU basketball fans are the worst in the conference by far.
