    It is, in some neighborhoods. The place I bought was listed at 240K a month earlier, so yeah, things are definitely deflating and the panic is setting in. Especially in the condo market.

    Yes. Though there is one brief "scene of passion" in the beginning but, it doesn't show any skin, just a little primal aggression. Its very very brief and would probably slide by, replaced with all the imagery and action from the rest of the show.

    I used to think that the world was in dire straights too, but then I picked up an old Farmers Almanac and do you know what I found? Wars, floods, drought, economic woes, immigration problems... basically all the stuff thats still happening today, so in a twisted way it made me feel better...
