    I grew up in Kansas as a Jayhawk fan and hated Jeff Hornacek. He was that scrappy player that if he is on your team you love him and if you play against him you hate him. Usually when the opponents hate you that is a good thing.

    Question about the KSU game next year

    I believe both schools are smarter than charging NFL prices for this game. Both schools have new head coaches. With the guarantee for both schools they better go Walmart and go low prices with a large crowd.

    You can not blame AA for the fade route. That is a timing pass that you step back and throw up. Personally I hate that pass and always have. I do not pretend to know more football the HCGC so I trust his judgement on who plays.

    It seems like both of them has fallen into their sterotype. When Bates is in he seems tentative in the pocket and wants to run. When AA is in he seems to stay in the pocket when he should take off running. Both of them are versatile and should be allowed to play. How would you like to scheme...

    This is no slight to Arnaud but I go with Bates. He can make the throws and it just seems like he has that something special. When he has the ball in his hands you can feel the excitement. Either way the 2 QB offense is not going away.

    I am thankful for fall afternoons when the sun is shinning and the temperatures are warm, tailgating and then enjoying Cyclone football with family and friends. I am thankful for a warm Hilton Coliseum on a cold January night when the crowd is loud and the Clones are winning.

    Are you an ISU Grad? If not why do you pull for ISU?

    I grew up in Kansas as a Big 8 and a Jayhawk fan. When I moved to Iowa it was natural to start rooting for ISU. I always hated the Big 10 so becoming an Iowa fan was never an option. After 13 years of being an ISU fan crack would be easier to give up.
