    Here's an outsider's perspective: UNI - 70% Iowa - 55% @ Toledo - 60% Kansas - 75% @ Texas Tech - 45% TCU - 10% @ Baylor - 1% Texas - 45% @ Oklahoma - 5% Oklahoma State - 40% @ Kansas State - 30% @ West Virginia - 40% I could honestly see any of the games in the 40-60% range going either way.
