    They know the exact stats on the new timing rule and so far this season it has made a difference of right at 4 fewer plays per game. That might be surprising but what needs to be understood is that before the rule change the Referee would usually be winding the clock just a handful of seconds...

    As for whether or not to celebrate an Iowa loss. For me it's not celebrating that they lost in particular because I just don't feel that way about it. But rather it's more that it's a relief knowing we won't have to listen to them talk about winning it all for the rest of our lives.
