Where does it say in the BCS bylaws that you have to win your conference title, or even division, to play in the National Championship game? Facts are facts. Nebraska played for the National Title in 2002 (2001 season). -

Texas loses basically all their playmakers. McCoy, Shipley, Kindle, Earl Thomas, and Muckelroy just off the top of my head. Suh said it just this week on a local radio show. It was a live interview. Not sure if it's archived anywhere, but the LJS and OWH both had brief little blurbs about it. Interesting read on Mangino situation
Big difference between Pelini and Mangino. Pelini may be animated on the sidelines, but he is not an a-hole off the field or in practice, and his players love him. Mangino appears to be an a-hole 24/7.- MrReality

Blake Lawrence (LB) played a pretty good amount the first 2 games, but hasn't played much since. Chris Brooks plays a lot and was Nebraska's leading receiver last week. Helu will play, but I'm guessing he will be limited like he was against Texas Tech. -

I can guarantee you the Nebraska coaches and team are not over looking this game. After last weeks offensive crapfest Pelini has been spending extra time with the offense in practice, something he rarely does.
