    Smartest/Dumbest financial decision you've made

    Smartest - Sacrificing in 1990 to buy a 40 acre wooded rural property in NE Polk County for about the price of a building lot in town at that time. Dumbest - Trading cars too often. Not devastating by any means but certainly not necessary looking back on it.
