    I like the plan and all the additions. Much needed to stay current and will be great for recruiting. Hope they reserve enough money to replace or remove the faded graphics on the south windows of the Jake. Really makes the Jake look dated compared to all the great improvements inside the stadium.

    I roll mine just outside the garage enough to get the smoke blowing away from the garage. Most of the smoke is right after you start the grill. Once it gets up to temperature there's not as much smoke but I still leave it outside. I'll have to check out the pizza oven. Haven't seen that yet.

    We recently worked with Neb Furniture Mart on LVP flooring for our kitchen, dinning, living, laundry area. Just over 800 sqft. I'd recommend asking for Juan. He was great to deal with. Scott Luke at Luke Bros would be a good one to talk to as well.
