    Hopefully he'll be a good enough recruiter that he won't even need to do that. Maybe just use it as icing on the cake when he's really got someone interested.

    I really doubt that Chizik will have much of an answer if he's asked about an offensive scheme for next year. He probably doesn't know a lot about Meyer and Blythe more than what he checked out in preparing for the game this year. And since he doesn't even have an OC yet, that's something that...

    I looked at all those helmets, and they all look either ugly, hideous, or totally outdated. The best by far is the current one, except maybe they could take off the "ISU" part and just leave Cy. That would look better, I think.

    Yeah, i dont think he'd necessarily have to settle for being less than a HC somewhere, it just limits his choices a little more, I would imagine.

    Maybe Alabama, they're in need of a new coach now. And Pollard is not leaving here for anywhere, at least not anytime soon. He just hired a new football coach, and is in the his first year with a new basketball and wrestling coaches. There is no way he would abandon that right away.

    One thing to point out is that a lot of times when teams switch back to older logos and such, it's because they have a successful history that people like to look back on and incorporate into future success. There's not much of that with this football program.

    I would think that he would. I don't think it would interfere with anything for the ISU job, nor be much of a conflict of interests for Texas.

    1) Where are all the anti-Norvell people complaining that they didn't want someone without actual head coaching experience? 2) I almost took a screenshot of the "Introduction of Brian Kelly" ticker at the top because I knew it was going to be wrong, but I didn't. DANG IT.
