    Using the 05 game as an example as anything but a far superior ISU defense is incorrect. I loved Coach Mac but the job he did with that team was an embarrassment.

    I agree with you that Iowa has a easier schedule than ISU, but how do you justify puting NU as an easier game than ISU on Iowa's schedule?

    I somewhat agree with Paul in that I expected a better record last year and 3 years ago, but that group did win 28 games over the last 3 seasons. That is fairly impressive for an overrated coach with an underperforming team.

    Kirk was also not making $3.775 million during those years so the wins per $ is not exactly apples to apples. As an Iowa fan, I think Kirk is a good leader of the program.
