    It's going to be another losing season for Rhoads, the question is whether starting over with a new coach is going to change anything. There's a high probability that Dan McCarney is the high water mark for ISU football. That may be viewed as the wrong attitude by some, but it is the reality.

    Niang's Fading Post Presence

    Niang is a very good college player....he will never be an NBA player. He just isn't physically capable of guarding NBA caliber 3 or 4's. He would have a tough time getting most of his shots off as well. I'm sure he will make some money playing somewhere overseas.

    Just keep hoping, that's about all you can do these days. If you really look closely at The Rhoads years it's pretty bleak. I hate to say it but I don't see a big climb on the way all of a sudden. Keep hoping.

    Facilities for the most part are similar in the power conferences. Playing time? You just never know how that will work out. Hope he comes and is a great player. Time will tell.
