Difference between UNI and Kansas games

Here's your proof that , "it was just Kansas and they are bad". Against average football teams this year, none of this has been said.

Rohach will start as the #1 QB in the spring

Why wouldn't your veteran take the first snap with the 1's in Spring, if all was up for grabs. Even Tiller took the first snaps in Spring 2011 and there was no way in hell he was going to be the guy. But, he was the veteran of the bunch, as far as time at ISU was concerned.

Rohach will start as the #1 QB in the spring

Not surprised one bit by the announcement. At least he gave SR and his family some time to weigh his options and not just a couple of days at the end of the holiday break. The only thing we learned from this weekend and should take from this game is we have a better passing attack that KU...

    Lazard on Channel 13 tonight

I just think some are too sensitive.

    Lazard on Channel 13 tonight

I think the reporter did his job then. Wouldn't you agree? Also, the more Lazard comes out in the media and says he's staying committed, the less likely he is to change his mind in the last hour, no matter what may happen with coaches or whatever.

    Lazard on Channel 13 tonight

I agree. But, if it was an issue for Lazard, he could just stop doing interviews. Obviously, he's a big enough icon that he could put out a statement saying that he will not do any more interviews, he's staying committed to ISU so don't ask. Or, he could ask the reporter for the set of...

    Lazard on Channel 13 tonight

Now we're complaining that the reporter did everyone in the country a favor by having Lazard confirm his commitment more than once?!?! I thought his questions were good and on point considering this season.

    Lazard on Channel 13 tonight

    This!

    Lazard on Channel 13 tonight

This is incorrect. No one is changing their commitment to ISU. The commitment to "these coaches" is what's changing from a fan's point of view. If you want to take what's happening on this board this season out of context, one could say that the fans are more committed to ISU than Lazard...

David Irving Arrested (UPDATE: Charges Dropped)

I know what the poster was saying now. But, it wasn't clear to me in the original post.

David Irving Arrested (UPDATE: Charges Dropped)

I apologize if my comment offended you. Here is what you wrote, "Not to mention football teams are made up of closer to 110 players in total, and are filled with the type of person who is most likely to get arrested that exists. (18-23 year old males, many African Americans) When you...

I would suggest you survey "them" African American sexual assaulters that "fill our team" and "can't make good decisions" and ask if they feel that comment was controversial.

Rhoads is a man with no pressure

I clearly stated it may or may not work. But, this is no surprise. We've seen this Mess before. Also, we had two offseasons already to make the "correct hire" but we chose to do nothing.

Rhoads is a man with no pressure

USC fired the head coach. They have an interim who was already on staff. You do that so you don't change holistically. Sometimes, one bad apple spoils the whole bunch. We have other offensive coaches who can help weather the storm until season ends. Maybe it gets better, maybe it doesn't. But...

Rhoads is a man with no pressure

I don't disagree. Every coach has pressure to win. But his job is not on the line. That's the type of pressure that I'm talking about.
