Poor Air signal - Splicing into Dish Network?
Bit confused on this thread. Dish Network is Hoppa and Joeys. Directv is genie and clients. However, I'll take a shot at it. I assume you have an off-air antenna as you refer to digital air above. If that is the case then you can split the antenna signal with a 2-way. It causes about 4dB...- schlepp571

DirecTV just ****** me off for the first time
There is a black PI-29 power inserter that feeds power to the SL5S LNB(Low Noise Block) at the dish. It can be located behind any receiver in the house.
