    I found the tape and watched it over and over at full speed. Morris definitely started the throwing before he landed but when did the ball leave his hand? Did it leave before his foot landed or not. Similar thing with Babb. Slow motion would help as would another angle but I can't get that...

    Thank you for a clear explanation. I did not get to see what happened clearly but it makes sense that in real tieme it could be imagined he had established both feet and the ball. Is there a link to actual video of Monte when he threw it back. Thank you in advance

    Could you explain so I better understand? I thought Monte did establish both feet and the ball in the front court. Maybe I did not see that accurately. And the person he then passed it to (Young I think) still had one foot in the back court (maybe). What did I see/get wrong.

    The cop uses a tool, radar gun, to determine your speed. The guy using the camera is also using a tool to determine your speed. In both cases, you can challenge the guy operating the tool I think a camera is more likely to be abetter tool and does not take donnut bribes.
