    Maybe CPR is holding back some of the potential of the staff and/or players. That's what you don't gain by keeping him around. They certainly don't seem to be benefiting from him running the team.

    If CPR was let go right now, is there any fan or player, at the end of the year that is going to be thinking "what if we had kept Rhoads?" Probably not. Stop wasting time and set the precedent now that the program needs a change. For those that think we need to keep Rhoads until the end...

    As a fan, I have an automatic appreciation for our uniform/colors. Hell, I even enjoy the all yellow... but I think if you asked any unbiased person who simply had to choose if Iowa State's uniform is good or bad they would choose bad.

    I still want TJ, but I guess I was a little surprised at how underwhelming the pool is as well. There seems to be rumblings of candidates that haven't been mentioned yet and that could be because they are higher profile.

    I would think it's pretty risky to jump into something like this, if you're an established coach. You have a relatively short time to figure out this team and how to win with them.

    The simple fact that ISU is a p5 school makes it a somewhat attractive destination for mid major coaches (at any time)... So I don't see why everyone thinks we need to take advantage of the situation now to attract a mid major coach. Hire who makes the most sense.
