    I don't think may Cub fans have anything but respect for Lee. But he wasn't going to be back next year - and it's nice to see him go to a contender and have a shot instead of languishing the last 40 games in Chicago.

    His rejecting that Angels trade doesn't seem like such a bad move now.... Edit: I should say, not a bad move for Derrick. It would appear that the Cubs might have got a prospect from the Angels, and won't from the Braves- although likely not much

    Worth noting. Opening weekend opponents Florida (13) and Kentucky (14), as well as a week and half later UNI (24) No other Big XII teams.... (4 of our first 9 matches are against top 25 teams...)

    Exactly. Only real issue I see is immediately east of Hilton and the loading area. That's a pretty narrow spot. But I'm sure some sort of barrier could be put up along the lines of what DSM/WDM did around 63rd and Grand. To be honest, with all the green space that exists, I'm not certain...

    I'm not engineer, but it just doesn't seem like it would be all that hard to levy around Hilton. Down the south side of Lincoln way, along the west side of University and along the north side of the road that runs between the main lots and Hilton/C.Y's. There's already an incline to the west...

    That'll be interesting.... Volleyball overlaps basketball by several weeks. Including NCAAs, it goes into December.

    Probably more likely locker rooms, electrical, etc. Floor is probably the least of their concerns.
