    As CEO points out in his original post, who is the coach on this staff who is the 'shoulder to cry on' coach? Whoever he is, he hasn't been doing a very good job of identifying potential festering problems and addressing them before they explode....Taylor, Johnson, Lucca, Ham, etc.
